Learn the art of making one of Sicily’s most famous appetizers. Arancini are risotto balls filled with ground beef and mozzarella cheese then deep fried. Learn how to create these at home. As seen on WGN’s Lunch Break. Sergio will go in depth on cooking the rice, and the different variations of fillings available. Class includes bottomless house wine and dinner
