 SPECIALTY CHEESE MAKING COOKING CLASS.

Learn the art of making some of Italys finest cheeses from scratch. It’s not as intimidating as you may think. This is a wonderful class for date night or girls night out. Space is limited so chef can offer more of his attention to individual guests.

Pair BOTTOMLESS wine with a cheese making class and it doesn’t get any more fun then that!

Executive Chef Sergio Lazzara will be teaching how to make fresh mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese.

This class is mostly hands on with partial demonstration, includes bottomless wine and a 5 course meal following the class. Due to the intricacy of the class we are offering limited availability. Class will take about 3 hours 6pm-9pm.

Is olive oil just olive oil to you? Oils from different regions all have a distinct flavor much like wine. In this class you will learn about the different types of olive oils and how to cook and prepare meals using EVOO opposed to butters. You will have the opportunity to taste the difference in each oil to see how it affects the flavors of food.  Sergio will even demonstrate how to infuse oil with simple spices to create your own unique flavors.
